I would suggest that you think twice before moving here. Since I moved here in Feburary the gate has worked for a total of 1 month. There has been alot of vandalism to cars. It is very noisy at night(right next to perrin Beitel). The maintence men do not do their job. I have called the office 3 times to fix my toilet, it is completly broken. And still no one has come to fix it. We had our apartments repainted recently and I still have tape around my door that the painters did not remove. The numbers above my door have not been painted. Raccoons get into the dumpsters at night, and pull all of the trash into the streets. The management team is terrible. A pillar on my building is hanging and broken. It swings constantly. Then they put an eviction notice on my door because they said I did not pay a pet deposit. Which I paid over 4 months ago. I definetly would not recomend anyone moving here.
