Pros - The units are well priced, well insulated, and about as good as I would hope to get for a lower-middle class apartment complex. Maintenence has been GREAT, the managment is awesome. I've been very happy with my unit, have had no problems with appliances except one time the air conditioner went out and it took maintenence 24 hours to fix it so I had to sweat like crazy for one day. The lawn guys come mow on Monday mornings at about 8am, so it always get noisy then, and one day a weedeater threw a rock through my bedroom window, but maintenence fixed it within hours. I've seen one single roach, and a couple dead roaches, had some problems with fly's in my drain, but got them under control. No ants or weavils. No rodents. The Cons - Racoons are horrible, they dig around in the dumpsters every night so expect to get spooked by them. The sprinklers have some wierd hours and tend to spray some of the entry ways, so prepare to get wet every once in a while. Sometimes nieghbors can be noisy and disruptive, not unlike at any apartment complex. Expect neighbors in line with the rent your paying. Also, it's true that if you're unit is next to a staircase, you're pictures will rattle off the wall when people run up and down the stairs. Overall, I wouldn't recomend this as a great place to raise a family, but otherwise I'd say consider it.

ONLY A GLUTTON FOR PUNISHMENT WOULD MOVE INTO THESE APARATMENTS AFTER READING ALL THE REVIEWS. MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO GET THEIR STUFF TOGETHER !
