I was a resident of Rock Canyon for one year and they were the leading reason I know own my own home, at least I will never ever again have to deal with the unprofessional management at Rock Canyon.
They will nickel and dime you to death!
I moved out October of '06, it is now December 18, '06 and I have yet to receive my deposit back as the apt was in prestine condition since
I couldnt stand to be there during my lease.
