My husband, myself, and our two children lived here from April 06 to April 07. We kept to ourselves, did not have any noisy or rude neighbors and live right next to the laundry room. We got our rent for 650 because our apartment hadnt rented out in so many months. Management was ok. My husband actually is a Realtor and had helped some clients into these apartments. it took almost 6 months for him to get his commission from this complex. My car was broken into during Spring Break. They took my stereo (that didnt even work!). My car was nothing nice and it was right next to my husbands which is much nicer and contained a lot more valuable stuff! Gate never worked right, pool was often very dirty. Never got our deposit back and then they charged us 25 dollars for something we didnt do (left over trash'!'!). Stairs were scary as all h#ll and racoons!! lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji

Too bad you didn't know all the bad things that have happened here in the past. Then maybe you would have considered somewhere else to live. If your husband is a realtor, he should check all history before moving his family to such a dump like Rock Canyon. The reason the rent is so cheap is because the place is old and falling apart. The only new thing is the office because it was burned to the ground by some of the residents who were getting back at the office staff. They also broke into the mail boxes several times and stole retired people's social sec.checks. Do NOT move here ever! Unless you want to be robbed and your life put in danger!
