1. I am prorated and paid in full until 12 June 2008 with a scheduled walk-thru for 4:30 that day; check cleared on 15 May 2008. ----- told me when I paid my bill that day, "Paid in full". Three beautiful words! Until today (I have submitted my 30 day notice, too). I have done everything by the "book" at my end and I know I have "rights" as a resident; but does ---- ------ do her job at "her" end (question mark) Obviously not!
2. I found a bill for June's rent, last month's water bill, and next month's water bill, when I came home from work. -----, Temp employee, told me to talk to ---- tomorrow (----- doesn't have access to the computer); as ----- only collects money orders, checks, and/or cashier's checks. And office staff are rude!
3. When ---- submits memorandums for the residents, the memos are long in paragraphs just to get to the point for the reader. ---- also uses possessing words like "I" and "My" (just look at her anonymous rating introducing herself as the "New apartment manager". "I have done this" "I have done that" "Since 'my' arrival 'I have'". This is wrong. ---- doesn't own stock, share, nor a deed at Rock Canyon. ---- literally works in the office and I don't see an "I" in the Rock Canyon "Team" when she signs her memos. In my opinion, ---- is taking too much credit!
4. Do not rent here and stay away! Especially too close to the jacuzzi area. The timer is set for 20 minutes to a usage and the sound is so overhelming, I have to close the sliding doors, turn on the a/c, and boxed fans to keep the noise out!
5. I commend the maintenance men/women since they do an EXCEPTIONAL job! Before ---- we had Justin. Justin was great, friendly, and related to customer/residential service who knew how to speak and write to the residents.
6. My UPS/FEDEX packages have been returned to sender because UPS/FEDEX was informed "Resident has moved"...duh, hello! I am paid until 12 June 2008 and still need a walk-thru in order to get my security deposit back....do you think I'll get it (question mark). I am half done with cleaning out the apartment, that get this! Since I didn't sign for a new "lease" I couldn't have the carpets shampooed...that is MY responsiblilty, MY bill, and yes, I can use the word "My" because I still live here!!!! ---- hung up on me yesterday, 27 May 2008, when I informed her about my FEDEX/UPS packages being returned to sender...is THAT good customer/resident service (question mark)

They 100% correct. The apartments are old and dirty. No upgrades what so ever. ANy given night you see ---- roaches the size of rats in your apartment.

Yes, the racoons are the size of pigs, and jump out of the dumpsters everytime you go to throw your trash away. The apartments back up to a big greenbelt that's chocked full of them and they dine like kings every day.
