The last 3 months we have had a leak in our washroom from the apartments upstairs. We have put in maintenance requests over and over and over again...it is still not fixed. Our door is coming apart, theres constantly water on the porch and our washer and dryers that we paid for are getting damaged. Theres constant noise from the kids in the complex, yes, I know kids make noise, BUT they run up and down the stairs, bang on the walls and doors and leave their toys and trash all over the place. Management believes a little note on the doors would help, it hasnt. Perrin Central is also a very dangerous street, although the complex can not do anything about it, they can at least warn us. In the last 5 months a car has crashed through the fence at least 6 times. Once hitting the parked car of a visitor. The fence is constantly in need of repair, leaving the "gated" community not so gated.
