I lived here for about 2 years. It was horrible. Between the gates NEVER working and the noise it was just terrible. Always people walking through the parking lots at all hours of the night and stereos blaring. Parties that last all hours and after you complain to the office I was told "well it is superbowl weekend"....that doesn't explain the other 11 months of the year!!! Check out the crime ratings at this complex...cops there every weekend. No rapes that I know of but it has happened right next door at Churchill park. The A/C always leaked...I'm sure creating mold which they propably did not rectify when I moved out. Very old applicances. The office changes mgmt way too often and forget about the maintenance. You have to call every day for at least a week to get someone there, and then they door a very poor job. Track mud through your apt, only fix the bare mininum.... The caliber of the residents is extremely poor. They say they do background checks but I'm not so sure. Between the animal abusers....which are many and the domestic arguements every night it's just not a very safe place to live. Exterior parking lot lights were a problem pretty often. I was told after the lights being off for 3 days in a row "they had to order a part"...uhm ever heard of Home Depot. I think your residents safety should be of the utomost importance. So please heed my advise and stay very very far away!!!!!

I have lived here for two years as well, I haven't had any prolems with the management not doing anything for me almost the minute I asked, I have all brand new appliances, and a perfectly working A/c, thse are nicely priced for what you get. not bad

If you have been there for 2 yrs and had not liked it, why on Earth would you continue to renew you lease? It would be easier just to pick up and leave at the end of your lease.
