Ok, so the tour of the property gives you a general idea that the staff and the property have their ---- together. Not the case at all. The staff was very rude to my girlfriend and I doubt any of them have an education level past the 9th grade. They can't even spell half their words right in their hilarious little 'To Whom it May Concern' letters. What a bunch of ------- morons I swear. I'm in the military so sorry if my language offends you but seriously this place is completely ----. Some poor old lady died two apartments down from me and she'd been there for a while and her purse was stolen...that was great. I've been offered crack in the parking lot on more than one occasion AND I WAS IN UNIFORM. Maintenance is non-existent and if you think you have an A/C you are DEAD WRONG. It blows out cold air but not hard at all. It takes about 6 hours of never opening a door and keeping the windows drawn to cool a 1-bedroom apartment. There are more FEMA evacs at this place then you'll know what to do with. They'll push shopping carts up from HEB and leave them all over the parking lot and I'm not talking about 1 or two...I'm talking 20-30 all the time. Granted, they had a rough time, I know, but they're ghetto as hell and they could care less for anybody else or the property and they'll roll a 50 gallon barrel into the lawn and burn whatever they can find and drink 40s around it and management refuses to do ---- about it. Outstanding! Fellas, if you have a good-looking girl and you're looking for a place to live...THIS IS NOT THE PLACE. She'll be whistled at and eye ----ed 5 times before making it to the door so make sure you escort them everywhere...yes, everywhere...even to the mailbox. Most of the residents are jerk offs that forget their gate card so instead of waiting for someone to come out or in...They??ll ram it with their piece of ---- car and break the gate. Cops are at the property constantly...you'll see. Also, the termite and wood rot problem is out of hand. Overall...my review wouldn't be that bad because I'm usually a really nice person but the way the staff talked to my girlfriend and disrespected her because she wanted to move out because of the crime, they absolutely refused and threatened to play 'HARD BALL'. Give me a break. Do not...I repeat DO NOT LIVE HERE.
