please don't move into these apts, they are awful, the office people are the worst. It is the ghetto, my car has been broken into several times, with nothing done. the gates NEVER work. my ac was broken in the middle of summer and it took them a week to fix it, like it was no big deal to live in an apt whit no ac when it is 110 degrees outside. my neighbor's tub was filled this past Thanksgiving with the entire buildings toilet waste, and the maintenance/office told her it was not an emergency. then told her they would not clean it if it was her fault. which it was not, the lint screen was somehow directed into the toilet/bath plumbing and clogged it. my dryer is brand new and would not dry my clothes and I could not figure out why. I called maintenance and asked them to clean out the dryer vent from the outside. they did after about a week of me calling everyday to get it done, the maintenance man pulled out 7 birds nest!!!! 7 are you serious that is so dangerous. I love the inside of my place, but everything about the place is bad. I recommend that no one move here to Rockport
