Good management, bad apartments

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
I thought the management was wonderful. However, the apartments need a lot of upgrading and general repair. There are probably a few besides the one I rented that needs to be gutted (down to the studs) and rebuilt because of water leaks. Overall, it was a pleasant place to live.
