I have lived here for over 2 years now and have watched this place go from acceptable to a nightmare. At least ten tomes since I moved in the water has been turned off for leaks, I have been without hot water several times due to either leaks or boiler malfunctions. This complex has one boiler supplying all of the units, and almost every time there is a hot water leak we are without hot water for at least 24 hours, at the time I am writing this review we have been without hot water for over 3 days. The management staff is a complete dissapointment, they are nice when you are about to move in, but once the lease is signed, the honeymoon is over. They seem to have no empathy whatsoever towards their tenants, and act as if having hot water is not a proirity to them. The area is not a safe one at all, thefts, assaults, one shooting so far in this area about 2 months ago. as soon as my lease permits I am leaving this place. I only wish I had a way to contact the company that owns this complex to let them know how bad their manager is. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC

are you kidding me. let's be truthful. the water is turned off 2-3 times a week..without notice. and that is no exageration!and don't bother to contact the property owners. i told her what was going on and she told me to move out. i'm not going anywhere because i have a legal document(lease) stating i will occupy my apartment and pay rent on time until the END of my lease.
