Turning Into the GHETTO!

When I first moved into RRS in 2000, I enjoyed my stay. Great 1st time apartment. All bills paid, small, fairly well-maintained. Evidently, the "not-so-friendly" citizens of San Antonio found these advantages and moved in and brought there rukus and wrath with them. Now I have to deal with break ins and burgularies--of apartments and vehicles--on a daily basis.
TRUE STORY: Management left a not on every door in December that read: DO NOT WALK OUTSIDE AFTER DARK BY YOURSELF.
They do have 24 hour security. You know, the rent-a-guard that drives around every so often. Miraculously, these guys have NEVER witnessed any of these break-ins!!! this is definately a "FALSE SENSE OF SECURITY!" if you will.
