Hmm, scary kind of people living here. A twenty year old resident was nailed for the March 3rd (2004) ambush murder of a man who lived in the Altamonte apartments. Murdered inside his apt. for his watch, wallet, and car. Seems like Rolling Ridge should do credit checks to ensure residents have the means to support themselves without having to resort to robbery/murder. As mad dog killers usually strike in their own backyard. I'm not going to wait around for more psychos to get low on funds, I'm outta here!
