Great first time apt

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
Lived there 8 months in a spacious 1 bedroom first floor apt. Nice place to live if starting over (divorce, out of college, etc). You can hear your neighbors footsteps in these apts. Cost $2 to wash and dry one load (W&D located on 2nd floor). Neighbors kept to themselves. Heard there was a problem with car vandalism. Did not have any problems while i was there. Complex is turning into a ghetto.
