Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007
 
when I moved in not too long ago, cabinets and closets were dirty, dirty blinds in living room and roaches every morning on kitchen counters. asked for help but it was not given.
No barre on patio door, screen door does not lock. Light in hallways bad since the lamps are so dirty. My neighbor's dog is constantly outside therefore is constantly barking.
