This is the worst place you could live. I feel trapped living here due to the lousy staff and management. The manager is never around and I really dont think there even is one. No one I know has seen him/her. Theyre always out or busy or on vacation, so im told. This place used to be good before they got bought out, this new staff are the worst people, they dont care about you or your problems its like talking to a tree. The maintenance people are no where to be found now. You will never get anything fixed here. I have a leak in my ceiling and it is pretty much gonna stay there till I move and it becomes someone elses problem for another year. They dont know what theyre doing in the office, Ive been evicted along with 10 or 11 other people the same day on accident. There isnt anybody here that likes it. The rent went up. They got rid of the party room, there isnt any security, they break into cars every other day, some in broad daylight. There is no sympathy here, they stole a guys rims during the day and left it on rocks, the apartment called a tow truck the same day to pick it up. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU ARE NOTHING BUT A PAYCHECK DONT BE STUPID YOU DESERVE BETTER. I am so glad my mother didnt move here after I recommended them before the new staff took over. I wouldve never forgave myself. Who does the landscaping at night time when people want to rest from work or school, it doesnt even look good. Its like we are not wanted here. THEY ALSO FAILED TO INFORM THE TENANTS A SEXUAL PREDATOR LIVED HERE AND STILL MIGHT. Lastly, the only good thing about this complex has nothing to do with this hellhole, you have a exit ramp and a turnaround conveniant for leaving HELL.
