This place seemed great at first but then I had maintenance problems and management claimed no idea of maintenance issues when I had to call repeatedly. I got a lease violation for my kids going through the water fountain (was called destruction of property) and when I called and said my kids had come home dry eventually manager admitted there had been 6 kids out there and she didn't know which ones had gone through the water fountain. I called for a loose plywood sheet coming down (balcony roof) and 2 weeks later after being out off by the office staff one of the other sheets fell almost completely. Even after telling them that the one that fell was still attached near the railing and that at least it should be taken down as it was a hazard to anyone walking by downstairs it still took 3 days before anyone showed up. The staff will lie and agree with the manager to keep their jobs and although there are minorities on staff they are all in maintenance positions. They don't listen to complaints and completely shrug you off unless you happen to be buds with the manager.
