As I write this review, I will try to maintain a highly objective point of view regarding this apartment complex. To be fair, the only, and only positive point regarding these apartments are the All Bills Paid. Other than that, please be prepared to pay for an upcoming nightmare.

First of all, the apartments are way too old already. The management tries to maintain a well kept exterior for any prospective renters. They will try to paint over the apartments, fix the parking lot, and renovate their new leasing office while most of their apartments are sinking into a deeper hell-hole! The apartments are so old that the maintenance staff cannot keep up with all the maintenance problems that arise at this complex. It is overwhelming for them and for that reason be prepared to wait several days, yes days, not hours to get anything fixed! I know this is for a fact because I have spoken to several maintenance workers and they often mention the fact that they cannot keep up. Also, very often the management will try to replace a broken part by removing the same part from another apartment unit. Rather than spending the money in a new part, they will remove a used part and the problem will still arise at a later time. The workmanship is poor and the materials used are not meant to last.

Next comes the issue of rent increase. It is usually typical for the rent to increase at the rate of inflation of about 4% to 8%. Well not Rolling Ridge...Just lately they decided to increase the rent up to a whopping 10% to 13%! You would think that with all this money coming in they would put it to good use by updating the apartments and amenities, but rather, they will spend it on new fountains, closing pools, and renovating a leasing office only for prospective renters. The management is tremendously rude and will often ignore your phone calls.

Lately, this apartment complex has in fact slowly been becoming a slum. It only takes a while to notice the other people that live here to truly know. Very often you will find trash on the parking lot, beer cans, condoms and people will usually not respect a covered parking for someone else. I highly encourage any prospective renter to please look somewhere else. The grounds are inadequate for comfortable living and the management is very unprofessional and rude. For any tenants currently living here, I strongly urge you to contact the Better Business Bureau for any problems that fail to be resolved. These are no longer apartments, they are tenements of the worst imaginary possible. Forget Nightmare at Elm Street, surely it must be Nightmare at Rolling Ridge!!

Hells yea! I am moving out of here this month and I can't WAIT! I have called every day for a month straight to find out if the management has my pet deposit on file, but was ignored and told so many times I would get a call back and DID NOT! I finally got an answer when I marched my butt over to the office, there is no sense of professionalism here!

I say yes to all of the above. How dare they increase the rent from $770 to a whopping $925 when the apartments are basically coming apart. For not only 1,2,3, but 4 months I have been reporting a leak in my ceiling and management kept ignoring my calls. Finally we noticed the ceiling over my 10yr old daughters' bed was callapsing I went to management to report this and all I get is rudeness from them. So yes, I did not walk out of the office without giving my notice to move out. I am so glad we are finally moving out from the APARTMENTS FROM HELL. They don't care about the residents they only care about making money, for months I have been complaining about a neighbor smoking weed the smell is so bad that it even goes into our apartment but, of course they don't do nothing about it. Their was another time where my ceiling again was leaking finally when they went to go fix it they just painted over the fungus. I hope that in reading this comment this will change your mind from moving into the APARTMENTS FROM HELL.

I agree with you totally we have been here for 4 years and now with the new so called management and lets not talk about repairs they don't fix Sh**T. I think the rent increase is crazy our lease is up in 2 months and i cant wait to leave. I think the only reason why the rent is increasing is because they are going to housing in there. I have had my ac worked on about 25 times i amnot kidding you. The maintenance is very lazy it took 2 weeks to replace light bulbs in the parking lot. They were suppose to repave the parking lot but all they did was have it re-colored and new stripes i see that the new office side had gotten re-paved. They break into apartments in the day light what kind of stuff is that and all they do is just board up the window. I used to love it here but now you you have to keep an eye on you APARTMENT and CAR!!!!! DONT RENT HERE THEY ARE SLUM LORDS
