That the old Manager is gone, becuase things are getting done. No excuses, just what seems to be an honest attemtp to get stuff done.

I have only been here for 1 year, and I thought when I moved they were okay, but then i had a lot of workdorders that I needed done all at once, and they didn't get done for weeks. I called to complain only to be told by old Manager (Carrol') that they were short staffed (as if that was my problem) so I would have to wait. (on a n air conditioner, when it was like 100 degrees outside'!'!)

Old Manager was uptight and never wanted to have the maintenace guys get my a.c done but now there is a lot of people working, and 2 guys were in my apartment and took them less than 30 minutes to get my a.c back on and cooling.

Still nasty mold smell, but the Asian Manager in the office scheduled someone to come out out clean my ducts, and now it is a lot better.

Please don't stop with how things are going.
