This is the worst place to live!!! do not ever move here!! I moved here because of the price and the washer dryer connections. I should have researched better but i did live here in 2006 and conditions were ok but not great either. I moved here in Feb 2008 and since i have lived here i had someone break into my apartment thru the patio glass door about 1pm while i was home!!! Little punks ran soon as they saw me... i think some how it was my gang banging smoking pot all day long neighbors. A few weeks went by before they came to fix my sliding glass door. Then my car was stolen.... not broken into... stolen!! Of Course management didn't care.. their only reaction was ...well we have courtesy officers... bull ***t because I've never seen them!! with all the loud parties.. people fighting in the hall ways... people knocking or kicking my door at 3, 4am, drunk or pot smoking out doors like no care in the world, vehicle break ins every night, boyfriend beating up girlfriend.... i REALLY find it hard to believe they have any kind of security...whether they are flashlight cops or certified peace officers (i was told they had two police officers,1 SAPD and 1 Bexar County deputy) I have since moved out but I still continue to pay rent for a vacate apartment until Jan 09...SUCKS!!!!! I am a single parent(female) and no longer felt safe. The staff are rude, never seem to be aware of any complaints, and very unprofessional and ignorant. Asian guy was the worst of all!!! MOLD is also a serious problem here. Mold literally covers my laundry room from floor to ceiling. Their way of correcting it was to paint over it!! Of course this did not resolve the problem. I got tired of cleaning and spraying the walls with bleach because it always came back.. so I gave up!! I did get sick from it but there is no way to prove it so I'm just out of luck. So please take my advise and DO NOT move here..... STAY AWAY!!
