My husband & I have lived here since 2005. Slowly we have seen things go downhill. My neighbor just got robbed & no one from the complex advised of of the rising crime. My neighbor was the one who came over to let us know that they broke in through the patio. According to the police these complexes are constantly getting robbed. A couple of days before my neighbor was robbed I had found out patio gate mysteriously open. I am terrified that someone can just come in and invade my space & steal the things I have worked for.
All in all the management has not advised us of these situations although we do have a "courtesy security" available I called the other day around 7pm and he let me know that he didn't begin working until 9pm...what good does that do between 6pm & 9pm.
I am still trying to get out of here, but unfortunately I am stuck with a long term lease. If you are looking into this complex please think twice! Do your research... great move-in deals are not always deals when your stuck with a 12 month lease of disappointment.

No they are complaining that the place went to crap. They increased rates while inviting section 8 (which increased the crime). I love how the office is trying to fight back the negative feedback vs. fixing the problems. Even the small businesses lock their doors till they see a customer they recognize.
