I HAVE lived at Rolling Ridge south for FOUR years, and it is ONLY GETTING WORSE everyday, regardless of how "NICE" the management has become. My vehicle has been vandalized (broken windows, stolen amp and radio) THREE TIMES over the past four months! Count it again, THREE TIMES! what does the apartment say' "Oh well, it can happen anywhere, and NO you cant get out of your lease, even if it happens again." THEN, i ask to park in the front spot, UNDER THE LIGHT, WITH MY HANDICAP plates and they say "NO, its a hashed out spot, its illegal", I PARKED THERE and GOT TOWED! Adding another $300 to my unneccessary debt caused by RR tab. YET, some HYUNDAI sonata has parked there for EIGHT NIGHTS in a row, without any penalty, and when I brought it up to management, "well, something should have happened, but i dont know why".... ITS NOT SAFE, people have gotten held up in the parking lot. Maintenance is ALOT better, but there still arent enough of them, AND THE MANAGEMENT ONLY CARES ABOUT YOUR MONEY and nothing else. I pay rent ON TIME, EVERY MONTH for four years and they STILL cant try to help me out. LISTEN CLOSELY, STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY! YOUR NOT SAFE HERE, THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU, AND 620 will buy you a MUCH better one bedroom apartment. STAY AWAY!! DONT HAVE TO BUY OUT YOUR LEASE LIKE IM DOING!

if they told you not to park there why would you do it anyway?! sounds like its YOUR fault!

Perhaps I should clarify. I parked there (in a handicap spot) for months before I was towed, and never parked there again after I was towed. I requested to park there AFTER the first time my car was broken into and they said NO, so I didnt park there and got vandalized some more, even had the pleasure of seeing others park there, those that STILL DO. Now that Im not as angry as I was when I wrote this review, I can say with a clear mind, that this complex IS STILL horrible. I STRONGLY advice no one move here. It is DEFINITELY MY FAULT for living here as long as I did. I couldnt afford to buy out of the lease, and praise the heavens it is UP THIS month.

Here's the problem. You're talking about Rolling Ridge South, which is across the highway from Rolling Ridge Square. I can't speak for South, but I've had an amazing experience at Square, and I think that people aren't clarifying which complex is screwing them over.
