I lived at this complex for three years and never had any major problems. The only problems I had were the hideous fushia carpeting and one month the office locked the drop box (for rent payments) and then showed up 2 hours late the next morning, forcing me and others to be late for work. Other than that, they fixed my AC when needed, and even later replaced it. They always sprayed for ants as soon as i saw them.
Assigned parking made sure i always had a place to park, I never heard my neighbors, they kept up with the landscaping ( the new management even put a beautiful courtyard right outside my balcony, complete with a playscape for kiddos), and I always felt safe there.
So no issues with this place what-so-ever. Only left cause i friend wanted me to live with them.
