I have been living at rolling ridge for about about 6 months now. The new staff is great and every maintenance issue i have had has been taken care of within a day! i dont understand why everyone has such bad comments' Yes the property is old, but i see renovations being done everyday!there used to be trash everywhere, but now they pick it up every morning.

Are you kidding me?!?! With exception to a couple of girls in the office, the staff there is TERRIBLE!!! The manager (Bobbie-Jo) does nothing but hide in her office and will NEVER return my phone call. Since that Married Couple left (and good for them too) the level of care for this property and those of us living here has gone to S#%t. I have had my garbage disposal repaired 3 times in the last 6 months and it does not work AGAIN. The washer connection for my upstairs neighbor leaks and 3 now have mold growing on my ceiling. I guess if I were to live in the ghetto all-bills-paid side I would get more attention and better care foe my needs. "maintenance in a day?" !?!? yeah right!!! wake up to reality dude and get a clue. They pick up the trash EVERY DAY and tha has never changed. Just the incompetent staff that is in the office. I miss the good old days of a couple of years ago.
