I just want to give a word of advice for anyone wanting to move here. DON'T!! The "New Management" and staff have no clue of what they are doing. They will paint you a real pretty picture when you come in to the office to apply or see the apartments and make you believe that you will be in good hands. IT'S ALL AN ACT to trap you in this hell hole and take your hard earned money. I know this because I had to go and talk to the girl in the office because I have a leak in my ceiling and my phone calls don't mean a thing to them. Don't get me wrong, I used to be happy here. We have lived here going on 3 years but the last 7 months have been hell. Ever since these new people took over, I am completely unsatisfied. They hire people to cut the grass in the evening, make a hell of noise and leave their mess scattered on the grounds. HELLO, people get out of work to come home and relax not to hear mowers cutting the grass. This should be taken care of in the morning like every other complex runs their business. The staff here and across the highway are like in the twilight zone. They will listen to what you have to say but it means nothing to them. They say they will take care of the issue but nothing ever gets done. Unless its something simple like needing a filter, even that they might not even have in stock. I can't wait to get out of here! Just a word to the wise- not a smart choice to move here and if you choose to do so, then be prepared and don't say you haven't been warned!!

I have to agree. Both of my aunts lived here before I moved in. They all said it was a nice complex. Then a few months after I move in the management changes and is has gone down hill ever since. I mean the back parking lot is all trashes. I see trash everywhere all the time, sometime full bags of trash just lying around. It has gotten really dirty. And the staff is really rude. I can't wait to get out either!
