basically these apartments are a piece of u know what! we've only lived here about 4 months but we've been having a RAT not mice problem for 2 months!!they call world wide pest control they come but so much as spray...(POINTLESS) or so much as put 2 traps...something we could do!!! the problem isn't going away so we are breaking our lease because we have a 3 month old and its just ridiculus to be paying rent on this hell hole were not gonna be paying for place to raise our baby where u cant even leave bread on a table or pantry for that matter!! the management could give a hoot though they are very unprofessional!!!they refuse to give us a early release or even anything in writing stating why were leaving...id definitly not recommend these to ANYBODY! and i agree with one of the previous reviews about saying how they'll paint you a pretty picture and make u believe everything will be ok and ur home...ha NOT!

well i am so glad we are out of that piece. the only advice i can give you so that you can break your lease w/out getting penalized is get their lease contract involved. In there it tells you about your rights as a tenant and their rights as landlords. You have rights to the well being of your living. And that is not healthy at all, especially with a newborn. RATS, C'MON, they can nibble on the baby's pacifiers and bottles. That's just plain GROSS@@@!We were able to get out of our lease and we got a letter in writing from the complex we moved out of. You can even go as far as getting the Apartment Association, property management(and i'm talking about headquarters)and Better Business Bureau involved. They don't think people will speak up or take any action but you have to stand for your rights and your hard earned money. Good Luck!
