ok so you think your home untill you see a very large rat running around your living room with a cheeseburger in its hand i mean literaly in the hand and laughing at me i told managment about the proble all they said was that they would take care of it but months went by and nothing happend then i saw another one eating my tacos on my kitchen table and i flipped out i just moved out the next day they didnt even let me out of my lease because its not a health hazard!!!!!!!!! they have ZERO managment skills and are just there to act dumb and hopeless!!!!!!!! seriously dont be fooled by them its a waste of money they also go into your apt unnanounced while you work

My A/C had been turned off at the outside unit, which is on the roof. I told the office that my A/C has not been running since the 1st and it still not working. They did have someone out on the 8th, which is when I found out that the unit on the roof had been turned off. My A/C is the second unit, that I know of, that has been turned at the units on the roof this month.
