We moved into our apt Aug 7th and it was not move in ready.The ceiling is falling down in the dining room, dishwasher leaks all over the kitchen floor(which wouldnt be so bad if the hot water in the kitchen sink worked), bathroom is a disaster, water temperature in laundry only wks on hot, apt wasnt even CLEANED before move in. My boyfriend had to seal off openings in walls himself to stop the bugs from getting into apt and everytime the A/C comes back on it smells like ass cancer.Not to mention our 2 yr old daughter was playing in her room and one of her closet doors fell down and came about 6 inches from hitting her. We have a newborn in the NICU who is almost ready to come home and I do NOT want to bring her here. Based on our experience here I would strongly advise you to look elsewhere when trying to find a new apt. We have been tenants for over a month and put in about 6 or 7 work orders with promises that they would be here by "this week" everytime. Well "this week" has come and gone several times already and we are still expected to pay our rent so why cant they come fix the ----' I hate this place and these people...
