Ever since I moved in I have been very impressed. It is peacful, quiet and the neighbors are very friendly. I love the garden atmosphere that sits in front of my door step and the parking for my vehicle is not far from my apt at all. I love it and plan to live here for quite some time. I do recommend this apartment complex.

Take pictures before you move in and after. For some reason I was charged for damages that weren't caused in the apartment once I left. When I disputed it to the owner of the property he gave me a choice to either move onto the new property down the street and he would waive the 600 completely or pay half of the amount and he would treat it like full payment, and he would take the full amount off my credit report. I decided to pay half the amount because I was ready to move to another complex. I gave him half the amount and he made a phone call that allowed me to move into my apartment, but the full amount is still on my credit report.
