Quiet- but nosy

I liked living here as long as you don't have a pet or you don't ever have to deal with the managment.
We got letters on our doors every other month about picking up after your pet. These letters are annoying and do nothing about the problem... they make no further actions to figure out who is not picking up after their dogs...
The management was alos very nosy if you had a complaint about something and eager to write citations and warnings to people. Maintenance staff are friendly, but spies for the managment and also go poking around in your stuff in rooms they are not supposed to be in.
Other than that- the complex is quiet, family oriented and all that...
