I have to agree with the other reviewers who said the management staff is bad. The two office ladies are very rude and do not properly deal with anything. The parking is an absolute disaster, there is usually no spaces after 10 at night and car towing is enforced even to residents who take a handicap space or park in the fire lane. I pay to live in a gated complex therefore I should have the right to park my car within the gate. The building has gone down since I moved in as well, I honestly do not know what they pay the maintance staff for because it isn't for keeping up the grounds. The location is pretty good but this place is overpriced for what you must put up with.

We have garages and carports that are asigned parking spaces, this way you know you have a space no matter what time you come home. Yes, we will tow a car if you park in a handicap space or a firelane....I believe this is a rule on all properties in this city. Sorry, you had a problem
