Pricey, but great! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/13/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I've only lived here for 6 months, but I LOVE it! The grounds are beautifully landscaped and maintained, the pool and fountain are gorgeous, and the apartments are clean and seem brand new. The staff is strict, but professional. It is very pricey here ($800 for a one bedroom) and there typically aren't any move-in specials. Parking is almost always available, but inconvenient after 10 at night, as all the good spots are gone. Oh, and we don't have a fitness center, which sucks... but overall, it's a beautiful, quiet, safe, comfortable place to live.
