We almost signed with Quarry Townhomes but then decided to choose Rosemont Apartments because it was closer to work. Let me just say that the parking is horrible and unless you have an assigned parking(which people still park in) you are going to be fighting to get near your apt.

The gate is always broken or open which defeats the purpose of a gated community. Since being there we had shared a wall with someone who would "bass" out from 12:00 am to 3:00am every work night and no matter how much we called they never cared despite their noise clause in the contract . Also this is by 2 major universities so be prepared for weekend parties there if your a person who likes their peace. Lastly the staff in the office are rude and sarcastic. They are not helpful or compassionate to any of your needs. Also be careful for ant infestation. I am an extremly clean person but when I have to put every piece of food in a air tight contrainer that is ridulous. They hired an exterminator for the entire complex becuase the problem was that great but it didn't do anything.
