I moved into Rosemont last year and it has been a great living experience! The maintenance staff has always taken care of my problems in a timely manner and the office staff is always pleasant. I was worried at first about college students being loud, but I personally have not had any complaints. I would recommend this apartment complex to my friends and co-workers.

I haven't heard that much noise either. One group likes to smoke pot on their patio/balcony but no loud parties or anything nearby. Did catch one pool visitor peeing in a bush outside someones window though. Although I have several issues not covered in this review, and I think the scoring is too high on most factors, I have to agree with the points raised in this review.
