NOT A PLACE FOR FAMILIES! COLLEGE KIDS: STAY IN THE DORMS AT LEAST THEY DONT HAVE RATS! Do not be fooled by the "prime location" and crown molding. Have seen two rats and many roaches; have complained twice to managment. So much for the extra $10/month for pest control! They are building more wonderful $45 covered parking spaces! Yay! Now there's even less parking for those of us with the sense not to pay that much to park under a tin roof! Construction will probably be going on for as many as 2yrs (redoing almost every apt). The loud construction workers--one of whom banged on my door the other morning to insist I move a car that did not belong to me--also adds to the wonderful atmosphere that includes loud late night pool parties. It's just not worth paying over $1000 a month. For that price, management should at least pretend to care about your problems!

Hahah. Nice. I can relate to a lot of that. I live on the 3rd floor and have seen zero rats and one or two baby roaches. I have seen some sugar ants though. You're spot on about the covered spaces. Most of them are empty but they built more anyway. Price is now $30 I think. Construction was SO loud and I also got knocks on my door asking about someones car (even though residents got notices about NOT leaving your car there during certain times). There is on and off construction when people move out but most of it occurs during weekdays so it's not very noticeable.
