They try to steal your deposit

They invent reasons to not return your deposit. Once confronted, they acknowledged that they had not reviewed the pre-rental inventory.
When they did agree that all of my money was due back to me, they violated my Texas Renter's Rights and did not get it back to me in the legally-mandated 30 days. It has been more than a week past the 30 day mark and they tell me a check is on the way.
Do not deal with them if you want your deposit back.

I reckon this was the old management (new management as of summer 08) but I'll watch out for this (about to move out).
