The manager refused to give my deposit back. The apartment left cleaner then before, so you may forget about your deposit ahead of time.

heh, i paid 13 dollars to move in. my apt was spotless, and i live in the 'ghetto' side of the apt complex. i dont care if they keep my deposit. if you have to worry about 13 dollars, you have issues. also, if your deposit was high, maybe you should PAY YOUR BILLS and get a better credit rating. i hate it when people complain about high deposits when they have no one to blame but themselves for their ------ credit.
