2 different sides to this place

I lived in the loft overlooking the duck pond. I loved it. The maint was always on time and done well the first time.
I saw some notices on doors after the first week of each month in flourescent pink. I suspect these were asking for rent due.
The first night I lived there, I saw the place on TV, a stabbing had occured! The wash room was far away and I didn't like walking to the mailbox after dark. I had a crack ----- proposition me through my patio screen door the second month I lived there.
Because the bars on the loft area rail and the steps were so far apart, and I was scared my toddler son might fall through, I decided to move. I asked the manager if I could move elsewhere on property and after seeing the OTHER side of the property, I decided to move elsewhere. The other side is definitely ghetto.
