I choose to live here because of the affordable rent. I am a single young college student and can afford the reasonable rent. My apartment was in good condition when I moved in. And maintenance problems have been responded to in a timley manner. I pretty much just stay to my self and no body bothers me. I have seen some problems in the past but that seems to be getting better now that we have a new manager. The office staff is much friendlier now. Things seem to be getting better and better.
