Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
 
I have an efficiency. It's larger than most. I'd say it s the size of a small one bedroom. It is fairly old though and in poor shape. They have changed management a few times in the past two years that I ve been here, but the current manager is extremely nice. Leti is great too. She's been there for a while now. The pool isn t that great, but I do like the location.
