The rent here may be extremely affordable, but I'm also wondering if living here isn't a risk to your health. I've had bad sinus infections and horrible allergies since I moved here 2 years ago. This place is filthy, the carpets, the landscaping, the other tenants, drug deals in the parking lots and half assed maintenance men that dont do anything. I've lived in 4 apartments since I've moved in here and I can honestly say when my lease is up, I'm OUT!! Half the tenants have window units due to them not being able to afford to put in NEW ac units, which EVERYONE needs on, 3 out of 4 of the apartments I lived in didnt have a working AC unit. If youre thinking about moving here because its affordable, DONT!!, spend the extra $50 and live somewhere safe, clean, and has a home-setting.

These apartments are gross!!! When i first moved here the apartment was not clean. There were bugs everywhere and full of dust. My stove was not working and my fridge was leaking water and ruined all my food it took them 2 weeks to fix it and it continued leaking water until they had to replace it another 2 weeks later. When i first moved in my peep hole was broke and my locks weren't working it took them a month to fix them and according to their lease they should have fixed it within 24 hours!! My shower was not working and the sink was leaking water 24/7.. The carpets were the worse they were dirty and smelled and had stains all over them. Under the carpets was piles of dust and dead bugs!! There was mold growing in the bathroom and under the tile. They take forever to fix problems and when they are fixed they are not done right. These apartments may be 30 years old but they are not worth the money.

It amazes me that people with Caviar taste living on beer budgets have the nerve to complain. For this place to be 30 years old, this Mgmt and Maint staff do a pretty good job. You must be a spoiled brat or something. If you ahve such a problem living here why dont you talk to the Manager, he is very flexible and takes care of the residents here. I know cause every time I ahve a problem he comes to my apartment personally to see what I need taken care of. Quit your whining and talk to the manager or get out!!! crybaby!

yeah I live across the way in another complex and I have seen nothing nice across the way there, I am definetly aware that there are nothing but drug dealers and what is starting to look like some gang activity going on now in that complex.

I feel for you, I lived there in 2007 and they cut a hole in my ceiling to fix the plumbing upstairs and said they would be back the next day to patch the hole. It was there from mid summer and until after we moved out in January 08. When my inlaws came and dropped my son off after having him before Christmas, my father in law pointed out the mold around the hole. Then when we moved out, my husband told the manager to send him a bill (he gave our new address) for whatever we may owe because we left a closet full of stuff we were going to just throw out anyway. No notice, nothing, and a month ago we received a collections call and found it on his credit report. Sure the management were friendly, but they don't do their job properly. My husband went down to the office and scared the ladies and new manager at the time into getting someone to fix our A/C within 24 hours. I had to stay in his coworker's apartment because my son was only 5 months old at the time.
