When my husband and I first moved in, we made it very clear to the management that we wanted to be away from noise (noisy neighbors/noisy dogs/noisy children) since he and I both work very strenuous hours and we rest during the day. The apartment that we have now is SURROUNDED by children whose parents obviously don't care by letting them run around between the apartment building,let them yell and scream, and throw things at windowns or off the side of the buildings. We have reported it numerous times to the management and while they said it will be dealt with immediately....it NEVER gets dealt with.
The pools are never in working order, we living right across from one of the pools, and in the summer it would have been nice to use, but its never in working order and i never see anyone doing anything to make it in working order
The laundry mats are a disgrace, over half the machines do not work, and the ones that do work have so many problems with them.
The park is terribly, because they never make it clear which spaces are for the tenants, so people let their friends come over and they take up TWO or THREE spaces with just one car. They are not courteous or mindful to their neighbors around them.
As for the apartments themselves.....DISGUSTING. When we arrived at the first apartment they had planned for us, we told them to either find us a better apartment or we wanted out of our contract, it was so trashy that it was not even funny. The second one they finally placed us in was not much better. The carpets were so badly stained, the stove was crusted and burnt, the floors dirty and in need of a extreme steaming, both toilets were messed up - one constantly ran and one would not even flush, the shower was always spraying between hot and cold - and their was that time when we had to go without water for 4 DAYS. I am just so sickened by their places.
My husband and I can't wait for our lease to be up so we can move to some GOOD apartment, please anyone who reads this, i am say this so sincerely, DO NOT CHOOSE THESE APARTMENTS, if anything call someone on them, so they can bring these places up to code.

Its not that i have a problem with children, i just have a problem with the lack of respect for people's property. When children throw balls at windows, and make unnecessary shrieking noises just be/c they did not get their own, i don't consider it the child's fault, but think of it as bad parenting be/c obviously those parents have not taught their children the value of property. And growing i was taught better than to act like an imbecile in public and to respect other's home. I mean these apartments has a playground and an open area by the playground if they want to run around, they should be over there, not running around apartment building screaming their heads off or going in the streets when they see cars coming. I don't care whether or not you still had water, i was not asking you if you did. During that time period....we were WITHOUT any water, whether hot or cold. To the point, we had to stay in a hotel until it was finally fixed. Last time i checked, this was MY review of the location and i am alotted to give my honest opinion of these apartments. If you don't like it, its not my problem. Since I have to pay for these apartments, i expect them to meet the criteria that we were promised, and none of it has been met, so i am not giving them a good review.

Ever hear of "Familial Status"? I have right to live anywhere with my children, which by the way are not imbecile's!!!! I think that description is very telling of the type of person that you are, Kids will be Kids!! One day if you have children you'll understand. I'm embarassed for you that you don't know the joy that children bring to a family, regardless of your opinions. Your disdain for children is not a part of any Apartment criteria. AND, We have never been WITHOUT water for 4 days. That is an outright lie. I too live by the pool and know that not to be true so try telling the truth. I like it here, my children like it here and I will say that I have lived here long enough to know that I'd rather put up with "screaming children" than drugs, violence, and people blasting their music all day and night. I live by the COurtesy Officer and he does a good job of knowing who and what belongs here. Maybe you have more money than me and can afford "luxury", but I have children and I live in a huge 3 bedroom and we all have room to be happy and the other children keep an out out for each other. Maybe you should've stayed at the hotel!!! Oh...and by the way....this was your REVIEW, but this is MY RESPONSE!!! Don't bash my home just cause you have more money, there is a 5 star place right behind us that I'm sure they would love to have you...provided they discriminate against children like yourself...although you shouldn't count on it!!!!
