I lived here for a year in one of the lofts facing datapoint. It was very quiet in my area. I did quite often have a problem with ants and their so called "pest control" never helped. I just always kept a can of Raid in the house. It was very clean when i moved in. Rent was affordable. Management is very friendly but i guess if youre never late on rent then you wont have to deal with them. Since i lived right up front i never had a reason to travel further back into the community so i cant agree on everyone else's comments about it being ghetto back there. Its not pretty, ill tell you that. The surrounding area has gotten pretty bad. Alot of "questionable" people walking around the streets all day and night long.
