I have been living here for 3 years now and It is very true,
they just allow anybody to live here. I was looking for a new
apartment becuase my lease is up soon but I wanted to check out
the reviews. The lady next to my apartment did the same thing, she
got her cousin got get the apartment for her and she qualified for
a 2 bedroom $535 a month. But they had went on her sisters income
and her sister had 3 boys. My neighbor makes good money and she has
only 1 child. I don't think she would of qualified for that low of a
rent payment. I think I am just going to have to do the same use the system!!

we got a great deal on the apt because I didn't work and my husband's credit was bad... My credit is above great and now I work our 2bedroom apt is now $852 if we release... I say hell no to that and I will move to a better place which has a 2bedroom for only $620 and it's 1105square feet.
