The Apartments at rosemont are quiet and warming for us.. here The view is great execpt the police academy but otherwise perfect theres a few gangsters here and there but they are quiet and the floor plan is nice but. the concrete is loud but other then that nice and livable.. the apartments are new and people are also quiet which helps.. I have a great view of the open country .. and when the thunderstorms come from the Southwest.. if there is a Tornado they have a nice hole on the southside of the apartment complexes that you can climb in just in case
