Every car has some stupid exhuast kit on a rice burner and echoes throught the entire complex and each apartment.
The Ice Cream truck parks for 30 minutes in the parking lot with annoying music of christmas carols at ridiculous high pitches.
There are no gates, just outrageous speed bumps.(the worst I have ever seen)
Tejano crap playing at the BBQ pit with their dirty kids running around everywhere.
Everyone is on their balcony or outside till 3 in the morning drinking, smokeing etc.. TRASH!!!
Staff is rude to my wife, love me though. Their all women though.
Pool is closed except for three months in the summer which constantly have kids and dirties in it.
Stray dogs roam the joint.
The back road of Pleasonton is a crime seen waiting to happen, eventhough it borders the police acadamy.
You can here the firing range and sirens from the acadamy all day and night if they are doing night drills. And they DO!
If your white, don't live here unless your trash, you will fit right in.
If your eduacated, don't live here.
If you have any common sense, don't even come to this side of town.
The only thing good about htis place is the price of rent and square footage.

Several Domestic violence issues from neighbors. Just look at the police reports on the city site.

ROSEMONT- YOU SUCK! ALONG WITH ALL THE THUGS, HOODLUMS, "GANGSTAS", DIRTIES, AND WHITE TRASH!!!

There are a few diamonds in the rough however. I hope you folk are safe if you decide to live here.

Hey man.. I live on the southern end of the apartment complexes and I have to say i live on the 3rd floor facing west... and every time there is a damn storm the wind blows right onto my balcony and when there was that hail storm right onto my windows lucky it was small hail the people here are annoying as hell some not all the neighbors below me are very kind even though i walk kinda hard and i know they can hear you usuing the restroom I am best friend with maintence hes told me all the abuse going on with some of the people that live here its not right i wish these hoodie type of gangster guys and gals would stop abusing each other this place is a very nice place BUT I LIVE NEAR THE POLICE Academy is right infront of my EYES THATS ANOYYING AS HELL but o well .. i love being kinda away from the city it gives it that almost country feel.. but in the day time theres no noise!!!!! non everyones at work or at schhool no noise what so ever! the neighbors below said when they go to work i can do what ever I want to during the day time i know when they come home they call me when they get home also the neighbors next door to me we have became really good friends and when they go to work i can blast my music as loud as i want.. thats cool to.. but sometimes people come knocking on my door saying *im sorry about your family i need you to sign something* thats bull crap.. freaken scammers or wanting to see what you have so they can brake in.. etc The Constrution is not very strong either when i bang my hip aganist the balcony window the whole wall bends in .. now thats not because im fat which i am ---- YOU San antonio MEXICAN food :D LOL .. anyways if you live in the building on the south side of the complexes thats western by it self DONT the construction is very very poor! ... lol all of em are these buildings arent very sound proof and in between the door are foam I HATE THESE TYPE OF Doors oh yea and the neighbor below to the left her door frame is cracked you barley kick it would brake in.. lol thats how cheap. as for the staff they are very well ONLY THE WEEK DAY STAFF not weekened. you cannot even access the damn computers! or sit and watch tv or work out ------- pakies haha this:D I love it the neighbors across from me i was looking threw peep hole cause i love to spy and he pushed her into the apartment and banged her head aganist the door as hard as he could i called 911 they came and i saw him go into cuffs THAT wAS mEAn wHY DO THEY DO THAT TO THEM WOMEN ARE SENSATIVE!!!!!!! I love women its not fair to them just because they are females.. us males shouldn't do that.. as for the base people they need to turn em down lol they need to know these apartments arent sound proof.. car bass can be felt on the walls inside the apartment and sometimes the floors.. depending what freq its on.. when the dumpster trucks come they shake my whole apartment complex ahhahaah lol... everytime they go on the bump.. oh yea and the people that keep the lawns clean come way to earley in the morning.. so i just have a fan on and the aircondtioner! I WISH THEY Would chANGE THE CHEAP METAL DOORS FOR SAFETY REASONS FOR ALL THE TENS ! THIS IS MY OPNION ITS LONG AND STUFF BUT IVE LIVED HERE OVER A YEAR NOW and this place is not a ghetto buT THE ------- laundrymat is dirty iT WAS SPOTLESs when i first moved in the vents need to be cleaned the door handle needs to be fixed!!!! THE WINDOWS CLEANED AND THEY NEED TO SHUT THE GOD DARN WINDOWS IT ONLY MAKES IT DIRTYER AND PEOPLE STOP SITTING ON THE TABLE WHERE YOU FOLD YOUR CLOTHS ITS BRAKEING fat asses!
