I have lived here for two years and never had a problem, till now someone hit my car but I am unable to collect from these people. Yes they do break into cars here, but that happens any where. The bad thing is that they have to many minors running around loose at night, and drinkingin the parking lot from 1am till 4am. I have complained, management does not do anything about it. And some of hese people are so lazy that they send 3-6 year olds to throw the trash and it just plies up and smells. Considering that I live on the third floor and I have a great view of the complex. And as far as maintenance they are very nice and do a great job. MGMT on the other hand is terrible make sure you pay the rent inside at the office otherwise you will have to pay a late fee if Arlene does not credit you on or before the third of the month, you will have to pay a late fee. And the neighbors will what can you say some like loud music others don't.
