We barely moved in to these wacked out apartments in February 09. We've already been given 2 lease violations, one more and eviction follows......what the HEL*'''' We are an anglo/hispanic family. It appears we have been singled out by the tenant below us, some hoe who lives with her cry baby son. We wanted the first floor, but the management gave us the second. The floors and walls are paper thin so you can hear all kinds of noises. I have two young children who like to chase each other sometimes during the day down the hall way, mind you, it isn't that freaking loud!!!!! But the hoe down stairs doesn't like it so complains that we make excessive noise. Also, SOMEONE (motorcycle guys)in the complex were placing orange cones in the parking space to save themselves one since after 10pm you can't find a parking place to save your life....and we got pinned for that one....they didn't believe it wasn't us so that lie stuck....then, the tenants above us on the third floor smoke on their balcony and throw the cig butts on the ground below,,,well, we got pinned for that one too....we have a canister on our balcony where we put our butts and dispose of them properly. Then we got blamed for trash that was by the front door, which is another place the tenants choose to smoke and throw their cig butts...they didn't believe us on that, so it stuck as well.....it's all bs...when we tried to complain about the things that we notice that the other tenants were doing we were told by management they wouldn't take our complaint because that would be "retaliation" on our part.....come the hel* on....we mind our own business, try to come home and relax and get this shi*.....Prospective renters, you should know that there are 18 wheelers and cars going by all hours of the night making it difficult to sleep, tenants who party until all hours of the night in the parking lot and get told NOTHING...the cops training day and night at the academy next to the apartments is annoying, the ice cream truck with it's theme song "it's a small world after all" is enough to make you want to jump off your balcony....the laundry facilities don't work properly so you have to keep pumping them with $$$$'s and your clothes are still WET....there are people who double park in front of the office at night....the list goes on and on and on and on.....SO I WARN YOU, "DO NOT MOVE HERE"....IT'S TOO EXPENSIVE, THE MANAGEMENT AND SECURITY S*CK....THE APARTMENT WALLS ARE PAPER THIN, THE NEIGHBORS ARE TRASHY WHINERS, AND ANYONE DECENT WHO MOVES IN HERE WILL BE TARGETED FOR EVICTION BY THE SECOND MONTH....THEN THEY'LL TRY TO STICK YOU WITH THE REMAINING RENT DUE FOR THE FULL LENGTH OF THE LEASE WHEN YOU AREN'T EVEN LIVING THERE.....WHICH WE AREN'T GOING TO BE PAYING IF EVICTED..THAT'S FOR DAM* SURE!!!!! AGAIN, THINK TWICE ABOUT RENTING FROM ROSEMONT AT UNIVERSITY PARK OFF OF MOURSAND BLVD.....THE COP THAT APPARENTLY LIVES THERE IS AN AS*HOL*,,,,PROBABLY LIVING THERE FOR FREE...HE THROWS HIS WEIGHT AROUND IN THE WRONG PLACES, DOESN'T GET THE FACTS STRAIGHT, (AND NEITHER DOES THE MANAGEMENT BEFORE WRITING OUT LEASE VIOLATIONS THAT ARE NON-DISPUTABLE)..JUST BE AWARE THAT THE MANAGEMENT AND THE RENT-A-COP ONLY GO OFF OF WHAT OTHER PEOPLE SAY ABOUT YOU AND THEN EVICT YOU!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY ARE JUDGE AND JURY....YOU ARE GUILTY W/O ANY CHANCE OF REDEMPTION.

SO....ALL I CAN SAY IS "GOOD LUCK TO ANY OF YOU PROSEPECTIVE RENTERS.... RENTER BEWARE...IT'S A DEBT TRAP! :-( THEY'LL DESTROY YOUR REPUTATION AND YOU'LL NEVER BE ABLE TO RENT ANYWHERE AGAIN. MAKE SURE YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE GETTING YOURSELF INTO!"

Ok. first you star the last L in hell but you can continue to call a woman a hoe. I would have taken your complaint literally but you lost my respect with your lack of respect. Grow up and be a man respect women and you will get the same in return.
