It's been great

It's been great living at Rosillo Creek the last 4 years! The management, Patty and Jessica, are very friendly and professional and have helped to make my stay an excellent experience. The rest of the crew are superb as well. The premises are well kept and pet friendly. Although I recommend paying for an assigned covered-parking spot, parking is way better then most complexes and the apartments themselves are attractive, well built, and pest free. Pretty quiet place but it has had its share of incidents in the past. I don't hold these isolated incidents against Rosillo Creek, but I am disappointed at the thought that [to my knowledge] not a single notification has been sent to make the tenants aware of incidents when they occurred or if any plans to prevent recurrences will be exercised. Seriously though, a city of 1.14 million is bound to have criminals looking for opportunities no matter where you live.

My lease is up and I'm thinking about moving even though it has been such a great experience living at there because I don't believe that the rent is as competitive as it should be especially for a long term tenant. $725 a month for only 828 square feet would make more sense if the location was in the medical center or stoneoak area. Even though I haven't found any reviews of places to stay in that area that have comparable reviews to the ones Rosillo Creek has, I have found more sq ft per dollar, not to mention the money or gas I will save by not having to ride a taxi or drive across town to enjoy the night life.

Either the rent should be lowered a little or they should spend some of that money and invest in some surveillance equipment or security to make up for the dollar per square foot ratio which would seem to be a better deal if these apartments were located closer to some of SA's attractions.
