This place is a living hell. Living there was one of the worse experiences of in my life! The office management lied and mislead from the very beginning. They promised us one apartment and didn t tell us we were getting another apartment until we signed to move in and they slipped in o by the way you will be living in this apartment we gave the one you all wanted to someone else. But they failed to mention that when we gave them our deposit. My husband even made a point to verify that we were putting a deposit on the one we wanted. So we sucked it up and moved in and the stove didn t work for the first month that we lived there, the cabinets in the kitchen were chewed on by a dog, the back patio door was chewed on there was water damage in the bathroom and in the washroom. We had an A/C leak and they carved a HUGE Hole in the wall in my daughter s room and didn t even fix it, It was hideous. We paid 785 for a 2 bed room one bath and we are now paying 800 for an entire house. It was over priced and Mr. Fix it on property was mediocre at best. It would take him weeks to fix a problem, and when he did fix it a few weeks later it would brake again. It got old! I would seriously think twice about moving into Rosillo Creek apartments. They are HORRIBLE! Just as a heads up The Office Staff Is not Friendly or helpful, and they lie!

sounds like someone may have broken their lease contract!!! you typically only vent this horribly when you were at fault!! i enjoyed my stay.

Anonymous 4/29/08: Where did you get the impression that this person broke their lease based on this review? What it SOUNDS like is anyone who doesn't say something positive about Rosillo Creek in your eyes is likely a bad tenant. I lived at Rosillo Creek as well and it had its good and bad points. Don't assume from Lindsey's post that the problems she experienced were her/his fault. Not everyone who lives at Rosillo Creek is going to say: "I enjoyed my stay." If I didn't know better based on your post you SOUND like you're a member of Rosillo Creek staff since they should be one of the few people who know the details of Lindsey's contract status with this apartment community.
